Alpha Omega Clinic requires at least 48 hours advanced notice to cancel an appointment without penalty. If you do not cancel your session 48 hours ahead of time, Alpha Omega Clinic will charge the full session fee for the missed session. Any sessions scheduled for Monday must be canceled by the close of business on Friday. For routine calls to cancel or schedule appointments, please contact your clinician directly.
