Tiffany O’Hara is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a passion for integrating faith and psychology to promote hope and healing to her clients. Tiffany specializes in working with children and adolescents as well as mothers navigating pregnancy and postpartum. Tiffany is a certified perinatal mental health counselor and is passionate about helping mothers and families experience the pregnancy and postpartum period to its fullest. She utilizes a variety of treatment approaches to best serve the needs of her clients including Attachment based, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused and Play Therapy.
Tiffany received her MS in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University and also holds a BS degree in psychology with a minor in Theology from Mount St. Mary’s University. She has experience working in both clinical and school settings. Tiffany resides in Catonsville with her family. She joined Alpha Omega in 2018 and sees clients in the Ellicott City office.
