Sister Maria Amata Rossi, RSM, MPsy Clinical Extern- Bethesda

Sister Maria Amata is a clinical extern working toward her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Institute for the Psychological Sciences at Divine Mercy University in Sterling, VA, an APA-accredited Catholic Graduate School of Psychology. Sister Maria Amata approaches psychotherapy grounded in the Catholic understanding of the human person with a foundational commitment to uphold the dignity of each individual and foster healing through relationship. Sister’s clinical experience includes psychotherapy and psychological assessment for adults, adolescents, and children within community mental health settings. Sister Maria Amata is supervised by Dr. Kathleen Musslewhite, Psy.D.
