Christina Lee, Psy.D. Clinician - Sterling
Dr. Christina Lee is a licensed clinical psychologist in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Divine Mercy University (DMU) and holds a Master’s degree in Theological Studies on Marriage and Family from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute in Washington, D.C.
Having lived in various parts of the world, Dr. Lee has received extensive training in working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences. She currently provides individual therapy for young adults and adults. She also supervises doctoral students from DMU during their initial clinical training at the Counseling Center of The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
Her clinical areas of interest include depression, trauma and resilience, cultural conflicts with immigrant families, identity and existential crises, and challenges related to faith. Dr. Lee’s therapeutic approach is rooted in a Catholic understanding of the human person. She aims to help clients grow in self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies that foster virtue, and overcome psychological barriers that may hinder deeper relationships with themselves, others, and God.
Dr. Lee offers therapy in both English and Korean.
