Allison Ward Intake Coordinator

Allison has a passion for serving people. She spent much of high school and college planning on going to medical school. However, she discovered during her college years that she not only wanted to help people physically, but also desired to help them spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
After completing a bachelor’s degree in biology at Colorado State University, this desire led Allison to serve for three years as a missionary with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS). She loved being able to walk with and encourage students through the daily struggles of living out the Catholic faith on campus.
It was during her time with FOCUS that she began learning more about the mental health field and counseling from a Catholic perspective. This launched her into graduate studies at Divine Mercy University, where she began coursework in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
In her free time, Allison loves to play the piano, write music, sing, hike, drink coffee, and cozy up with a good book. She is excited to serve people in a new capacity here at Alpha Omega Clinic.
