Theresa Doub is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Maryland. Her life and work experiences have been broad and rich which, in turn, have allowed her to develop the understanding, insight, and wisdom needed to establish and maintain meaningful connection with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and perspectives.
Theresa deeply respects the dignity, worth, and uniqueness of every person and is confident in their capacity for positive change aimed towards flourishing. Her clinical approach is person-centered, strengths-based, holistic, and integrative; she utilizes a range of evidence-based treatment modalities to accommodate the needs of her clients and promote authentic hope, healing, and wellness.
Theresa holds an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University, an M.A. in Theology from the Ecumenical Institute of Theology, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University. She is a certified facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich Couples Counseling Program and a Level 4 Clinical Traumatologist through Green Cross Academy of Traumatology. Theresa offers both in-person and telehealth counseling services.
