By completing the opt in, you expressly consent to receive text messages with information regarding appointments or requested services from Alpha Omega Clinic, including text messages sent with an auto dialer, at the mobile number you provide. These messages can be recurring or one-time.

Opting in to receive text messages with information regarding appointments or requested services is not required to make an appointment at Alpha Omega Clinic. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree you have ownership rights or permission to use the number given to Alpha Omega Clinic.

You may opt out of these communications any time by following the procedure established by the text message. For example, replying “STOP” to any message you received. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from that particular short code. If you want to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time and Alpha Omega Clinic will start sending messages to you again.

Alpha Omega Clinic will not sell or share your email, address, telephone number, name, mailing address or any other personal and non-public information with any telemarketer or marketing agency. SMS consent will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing, nor will the phone numbers for SMS purposes.
