Rita Wasilewski is a licensed professional counselor who holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University. She continues to study the integration of evidence-based therapeutic techniques with sound theology and accompanies clients as they identify and develop natural strengths for healing and growth. Rita promotes self-care, in the form of good habits and good ideas, as the foundation for a flourishing life and healthy relationships. She has completed advanced training in trauma and internal family systems therapy and has special interest in the areas of logotherapy, bibliotherapy and the brain’s astonishing ability to develop new patterns. Rita provides in-person and online services to individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the inevitable challenges of life. As part of her own ongoing development, Rita finds inspiration in a favorite quote from John Paul II, “Never, ever give up on hope, never doubt, never tire, and never become discouraged. Be not afraid”.
