Ann SamperioExecutive Director

Ann Samperio has almost two decades of experience in nonprofit administration. Prior to joining Alpha Omega Clinic, Ann held administrative and executive leadership roles at several non-profit organizations, including at The Foundation for Sacred Arts, where she served as Executive Director, and The Dietrich von Hildebrand Legacy Project. Earlier in her career, she completed internships at The Albright Knox Art Gallery Education Department, and Baker Victory Services in Western New York, where she assisted case workers in the Intensive Preventive Services Department.

Ann completed a B.A. in Psychology summa cum laude at Houghton College. She received a full scholarship and teaching assistantship at the University at Buffalo to complete an M.A in Art History, where she focused her research on the intersection of Catholic theology and religious art. It was through this lens that she was inspired to convert to the Catholic faith. She went on to earn an M.A. in Theology and Christian Ministry with honors at Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Certificate in Leadership & Management through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Ann has been with Alpha Omega Clinic since 2010.

Having lost her husband and their young daughters in a car accident in 2025, she considers it a great privilege to be part of an organization that brings hope and healing to those navigating their own sufferings. She firmly believes that the author of life can bring beauty from the ashes of our lives (Isaiah 61:3).
