As part of your new client forms, we will ask you to complete a Payment Authorization Form and keep a credit card on file. We will charge that card at the end of every visit. If you would like to utilize a different form of payment at the time of your visit, please notify your clinician. If your sessions will be paid for by another individual or organization, please call our administrative office at 301-767-1733 to discuss third party billing.
