Marie Aleman, LCPC Clinician – Bethesda & Fairfax
Marie Aleman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who is passionate about integrating psychology and Catholic anthropology in order to restore hope and healing to suffering individuals. Marie uses a combination of cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, psychodynamic, and interpersonal techniques in order to meet the particular needs of each client. Mrs. Aleman?s therapy is informed by both her educational training and her personal experience as a wife and mother. Marie works to heal clients through individual, family, or couple counseling formats.
Marie received her M.S. in clinical psychology from the Institute for the Psychological Sciences in 2010. She then completed her first clinical training placement at the IPS Training Clinic. Her second training placement was conducted at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Arlington, within two separate community outpatient settings. Mrs. Aleman began working at the Alpha Omega Clinic in 2012, and she sees clients at both the Bethesda and Fairfax locations. Marie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Maryland & Virginia.
